Melbourne Water has produced a couple of short animated videos to address some of the most frequently asked questions about water. The videos provide concise and straightforward explanations about complex big picture water issues for Victoria.

Video #1: How did dam levels get so low?

The first in this special series of animated videos explains the factors that dragged Melbourne’s dam levels from almost full to two-thirds empty over a decade.

Big picture water issues: How do we stop Melbourne from running dry?

The second video looks at the solutions to stop Melbourne running dry in the face of more people and less rain.
